Day 9-Hills And More Hills

Miles Completed Today: 66
Total Miles Completed: 544
Miles To Go: 3156

Bob Scott campground bid the bikers farewell at 9:45 AM today as they headed to Eureka, NV. Still not a cloud has passed over us since Fallon, and those were just wispy, high clouds. The temperature though is not too bad as we are above five thousand feet and will remain so all the way through the state. We plan to stay in Eureka today, and then make a long run to Ely tomorrow.

HI Guys,

Keep up the great work. Of course falling asleep in soda shops will let the Brits catch back up with you. Great to know that some other bike groups are out there to help with emergencies should they arise for any of you.

By the way, how are my selections for food going? Have the guys already eaten the 6 pounds of M&M's and 8 pounds of spagetti? Or have they conned Chris into going out and eating fast food?

Hi guys, Michelle is home and feeling better. I have been keeping up with your stuff and am trying to get Daniel hooked. He likes it when I show it to him, he just forgets to look when he gets on the computer. My partner (Jeremy, I think you met him Chris) at work is extremely jealous. He and I go mountain biking alot. He can't decide if he would rather be a rider or the driver. I told him I am envious too, but only of the driver. Pat and Sean, you guys are animals, keep it up. Tim and the gang

Let's get those miles to go/completed updated. BTW, Chris - don't take them out to fast food unless you want to spend the next day cleaning vomit out of the van.

Hope you guys had fun in Nevada. How is Uncle Chris's cooking? Dad said to ask how many blisters do you have on your butts? Have you read any books lately?

Sincerely, 007 (Daniel)

Wouldn't it be easier to just fly?! How come you didn't ride through Phoenix. It's nice and sunny here too :-)
