Day 25-Down To Pueblo

Miles Completed Today: 84
Total Miles Completed: 1635
Miles To Go: 2065

Pat & Sean hit the road early today at 8:00 AM so we can be in Pueblo by 5:00 PM, and then drive up to Colorado Springs to visit the Hardman's. They had their final climb of the west in the morning, about 1,500 feet before enjoying a forty mile incline down into Pueblo. From here until Kentucky or Virginia, the climbs will simply be "hills" compared to the western mountains. The weather is noticeably different on the eastern slope of the Rockies as the air is a little "thicker" from the higher humidity---a little taste of what's to come.

Hey Guys,

A couple of huge days riding, really impressive considering the climbs and thin air. Tom Hardman finished his ride a day early and hopes to meet up with you for a bit today.

Have a good time with the Hardman's and do not leave without the new phone.

Cheers

dear patrick and sean and uncle cghris, patrick please please please please tell us why you put fingers in every picture and wearing the same shirt and wearing the same sunglasses. This is a joke "if you keep on wearing the sunglasses and shirt you will make us crazy."

Love ashley

Fingers are for which day of the trip they're on. So, if Pat holds up "2" and Sean holds up "4" then they're on day 24. There's no need for more than one pair of sunglasses, but that shirt must be Stinky Magee by this point.
